Standard Service Fees:
Intake/New Client Session individual, couples, or family $175
45 to 60 minute individual, couples, or family session $145
60 to 75 minute individual, couples, or family session $175
120 minutes individual, couples, or family session $250
Late cancel fee $100
No show fee $145
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Angela provides in-network mental health counseling for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna members. Angela is in network for almost all BCBS plans including those who receive their healthcare through employment by a private company or the state or federal government. Additionally, Angela is in network with some special Blue Cross plans that are individually purchased through the health care market place including Blue Home with UNC Alliance. Angela is out of network for Blue Home Novant Health and Blue Local plans.
If your insurance is through another provider you may be able to receive reimbursement using your out of network benefits. Angela submits claims for clients who want to file for out of network reimbursement. Clients using out of network benefits complete no additional paperwork and receive reimbursement from their insurance company directly. Please contact your insurance company prior to your initial visit to get information about your mental health benefits for in or out of network coverage. Also always keep track of your benefits usage and inform the office about any changes in your benefits.
Angela no longer provides services through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Payment
Credit Card, Health Savings Account, cash, or check accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a fee. The fee for canceling sessions with less than 24 hours notice is $100. The fee for not attending a session without notice is $145. This fee is not covered by insurance or employee assistance program companies.
