Getting out into the world and engaging in self care and wellness activities can make a significant difference in our overall health. It can be enormously impactful to interact in your local community with others in self caring activities. Some common activities that support mental health including talking with people and building relationships, being in nature, yoga & meditation, and expressive arts.
